– This is best for clients with know how on their own application but not sure about managing a hosted environment. Let us
do the job of taking care server service layer and you can have a peace of mind just running your own application.

全面管理 – A full out-sourced model where we will take care of everything on your infrastructure needs. From planning, review to
recommendations. It is best for customers who only want to focus on their business and not other things

These 3 levels of Managed Model are supported by support plans available. One of which is our award winning Pro-Active™ Support.

There are 3 main differences between basic support and Pro-Active Support (1) Response Time and ticket priority (2) Contact Medium (3) Physical Support Staff on shift to do Monitoring and Alerts for your infrastructure.
 

ReadySpace guarantees to provide you a response in times of need. Our Radical Support™ will pick up your support request and provide a response back to you within our promised support medium, hours and response time. All ReadySpace services provided come with a minimum of Radical Support Basic package.
