Fault Tolerant Storage System
ReadySpace uses a fast, secure and reliable storage system to store your web site and email data. Our storage is based on a RAID system. This gives your site high performance, scalability and immunity from disk failure.
Besides backing up server contents and data locally, a remote backup server will also perform backups on all user contents and data every 24 hours. Standby servers will be deployed immediately upon critical situtations e.g. harddisk failure.
Security
Precautions have also been taken to prevent the possibility of hackers intrusion and attacks from malicious programs or viruses. Essential preventive measures include: IP based firewall settings, anti-virus program, hacker intrusion system, system hardening configurations, disabling of security threatening services like Telnet and SSH access.
